See Fr. Eric Augenstein's Powerpoint Presentation from the 2015 Parish Vocations Gathering on Best Practices for Ongoing Vocations Ministry here.
What is a Parish Vocations Committee? Read a recent article from "the Criterion" interviewing Fr. Eric and several of our vocations committee members from Nativity and St. Jude parishes.
The best way to foster vocations is on the local level - in parishes and families. But not every parish feels like they have the knowledge and resources to do this vocations promotion on their own. The Vocations Office is available to consult with pastors, parish staff members, parish vocations committees, or anyone interested in fostering and promoting priestly and religious vocations to share best practices in parish vocations ministry and develop a plan that is designed for an individual parish community. To schedule a consultation, please contact the Vocations Office.
See the many booklets, books, and prayer cards that we will send to you free of charge to your parish.
One of the greatest ways you can support our work is through your prayer. Check back here in late August for this year's Seminarian and Religious in Formation prayer cycle card.
