 Why do you want to become a priest?  To bring the Mercy of God to others, to teach the mysteries of our Faith, and to share in the unique communion with the Trinitarian God afforded to priests

Who is your favorite saint? Mary because she is our Mom. Non-Mary division: St. Peter because Scripture and Tradition show he was not perfect, yet Christ still loved him and ordained him to lead the Church. Non-apostle division: St. Mother Teresa because of her simplicity and perseverance despite years of spiritual dryness. 

If you could talk to anyone in the course of our history (dead or alive), who would it be and why?
Jesus

What is your favorite past time or hobby?  running, reading, coffee, NFL, NBA, MLB, college football and basketball, golf

Do you have a favorite Bible verse? “Jesus, looking at him, loved him.” Mark 10:21

Any advice for someone discerning the priesthood or religious life? 

Do not listen to internal voices that cause discouragement, doubt, or fear. Keep looking at Jesus in prayer and His love for you.
