 Why do you want to become a priest? The adventure of going where God leads me, especially as I journey with others, able to assist them physically and supernaturally in carrying their crosses. I also greatly desire to be nothing less than a saint, and what better way to do that than by following God's call?

Who is your favorite saint? My favorite Saint is St. Therese of Lisieux! Her simple Little Way and willingness to suffer, as well as her bravery in choosing Sainthood are very inspiring.

If you could talk to anyone in the course of our history (dead or alive), who would it be and why?
Probably St. Francis de Sales because he was a top-notch Spiritual Director.

What is your favorite past time or hobby? I love art, playing the piano, reading, and soccer.

Do you have a favorite Bible verse? My favorite Bible verse is 2 Samuel 22: 35. "Who trained my hands for war, my arms to bend even a bow of bronze."

Did anyone (priest, religious sister, friend. etc.) make an impact on your decision to enter seminary?
My pastor! Never underestimate the inspirational capabilities of those closest to you!

What is your favorite form of prayer? Eucharist Adoration and the Rosary are definitely up there!

What is your favorite title of the Blessed Mother and/or Jesus? My favorite title of the Blessed Mother is Mother of Sorrows, and my favorite title of Jesus is Christ the King.

Any advice for someone discerning the priesthood or religious life? Don’t be afraid! God is giving you the adventure of a lifetime, and nothing can replace what God wants you to do. A relationship in the way? Many, many more will come where you can transform the lives of others, love them unconditionally, and help them turn their souls back into the masterpieces they were at Baptism. It’s  terrifying. But be a soldier, take the pain. If you want to be a saint, WILL it.
